I am the lawful owner OR clerk, servant or agent of the computing environment, equipment and solutions for which I am engaging A Little Help Computing Services as a support and service agent.  That I have authorised A Little Help Computing Services and all entities related thereto (herein referred to as A Little Help Computing Services) to perform any and all works necessary to the above mentioned environment and equipment. In the event that I supply A Little Help Computing Services with the equipment or access to the equipment or the like, I agree that I have backup copies of all relevant and current data at my disposal so as to avoid any data loss arising from activities performed by A Little Help Computing Services.  I agree that A Little Help Computing Services will endeavour to minimise loss, damage or detriment to me through works performed pursuant to this agreement, however I release A Little Help Computing Services from any and all liability that may arise whilst A Little Help Computing Services is operating within the bounds of this agreement and / or on the scope of works outlined in this document. The release of liability includes, but is not limited to erasure, loss, damage, alteration of data, the above mentioned equipment and any and all related data, property or equipment as a result of any act or omission made by A Little Help Computing Services, it’s clerks, servants or agents. The release of liability does not apply should erasure, loss, damage, alteration of data, the above mentioned equipment and any and all related data, property or equipment occur through an act of proven malicious intent by A Little Help Computing Services, it’s clerks, servants or agents

A Little Help Computing Services is aware of the sensitive and secure nature of the environment and will at all times ensure that the security interests associated with the scope of works defined in this agreement are met. A Little Help Computing Services will adhere to all reasonable requests with regard to the protection of all intellectual property and the undersigned’s rights and property.

At the client’s request, A Little Help Computing Services will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the undersigned for the purpose of completing the scope of works outlined in this document and maintaining any ongoing relationship.
